I once brought a case of this very-hard-to-find sauce home from Japan. Sometimes it's worth it!

My DH meets most of my needs. I don't expet him to meet all of them of course, but he does a good job.

I am so mad. I saved a bunch of money so I could finally have a decent wardrobe. Well two of the sweaters I bought are unravelling. It's too late to bring them back. Cheap pieces of junk, I hate how bad the quality of reasonably priced clothes are these days.

I used to have irritable bowel syndrome until I cut out all the foods that seemed to aggravate me. I kept a food diary and did an elimination diet and eventually figured out which foods really bothered me. In my case (and everyone is different) I cannot tolerate diet ANYTHING. No sugar free crap, no wheat, no raw brocolli, cauliflower or celery (cooked is OK), also very sugary foods seem to put me over the edge, even if they are natural sugar. Now I am usually gas free. It used to be baaaaaad years ago. So very bad.

I finallly heard from my DH in China. He was travelling in a remote location and all his texts and emails to me were bouncing back. This morning I got a HUGE email from him. He'd cobbled together everything he'd written earlier and put it all together into an enormous story about the past five days. I am so relieved he is OK. One poster mentioned her husband ending up in a hospital and I was thinking the worst!

My stomach hurts SO much from overeating at an awesome dinner party last night. Thing is, I have another dinner party tonight! I am happy to have so many social invitations but the overeating is killing me!

I am childfree and it embarresses me when people act shrill and hyper sensitive over stupid stuff. yeah sometimes we are judged unfairly but so are a lot of people. The 'I'm a tender snowflake who is so horribly misunderstood' mentality is so annoying. Most childfree people ARE adults with reading comprehension.

Why would you hold a child's birthday party at your house from 4-8 and not feed the kids? Dinner runs right through the middle of the party! DH picked my son up and he was starving! Had I known there would be no food I would have fed him before!

Oh, for heavens' sake. No one was knocking the childfree. Can we stop with knee jerk responses. Forgoing a family SIMPLY because of some weight gain IS SHALLOW. Choosing not to have children for philosophical, ethical reasons or simply preference is NOT SHALLOW. She WANTED kids but her husband didn't want her to be 'out of shape' TWO entirely DIFFERENT scenarios. OK? Got it?Good.
