I love OITNB. It's weird, yes...and different. That's what I love about it.

I wasn't talking about twilight. Not nearly enough gratuitous sex scenes for me!

I hated parks and rec, and orange is the new black. Parks'"humor" wasn't really funny, and OITNB was just frustrating and weird. Don't like walking dead either.

I know they are both old (in internet terms, where there is a new viral video every 2.5 minutes now), but I find "gay men will marry your girlfriend" and "gay women will marry your boyfriend" videos on youtube frigging hilarious. Generally I find college humor's videos really unfunny but I love these two.

I mentioned in an earlier post that I didn't like the movie "Ted". I *may* give it another chance. I just thought it was unbearably stupid, but it could have been my mood or something. The first time I watched "Walk Hard" both DH & I absolutely hated it. I watched it again and thought it was hilarious. I dunno about Ted though.

I just want to lay around and read trashy paranormal romance novels all day.

I am a fan of Melissa McCarthy, don't get me wrong. But it seems like she's starting to play the same kind of character in every movie. One of them does well, so Hollywood is starting to play into it waaay too much. Becoming overrated and overplayed. Identity Thief, The Heat, and now Tammy - same sort of character, and they are trying to make her more like that in "Mike & Molly" this season, where it's not working. Unfortunately, I'm afraid she's going to burnout quick and lose her stardom if it doesn't quit. She's really talented and a breath of fresh air, I hope she's smart enough to spread her wings and not get stuck playing the same character at Hollywood's pressure.

Four modern horror movies that scared the poop out of me...Grave Encounters, Sinister, the Exorcism of Emily Rose and the Descent. On the other hand I didn't get all the fuss over Insidious.

Seems like all modern supernatural horror movies are the same...family moves to new house. House creaks, stuff moves, figures behind curtains...kind of like playing a game of Where's Waldo. Shit gets scary, crazy ghost faces. Call in the paranormal investigators, whom one family member (usually dad) is skeptical of. Carnage ensues. Some of them are better than others, and I suppose it makes a change from the old "Final Girl" nonsense, but it would be nice to see something different.

There are so many shows I need to try...Orange is the New Black, Penny Dreadful, Grimm...I'm afraid if I start watching them all I'll never leave the house! Although I suppose now Game of Thrones is finished and the Walking Dead isn't back yet...
