I just made (and ate) my first chia seed pudding! Into a jar put 1 cup any kind of milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/2 tsp vanilla, squeeze of agave. Shake shake shake shake shake! Refrigerate 1 hr or overnight. I topped with strawberries. It was great! A little like tapioca. I'm happy I tried it. Will make it a lot, I think.
