OP of the PT complaint. Thank you for the input, and you're right - I didn't mean to sound like a baby about the exercises. I do them, and they are valuable, and I absolutely don't want to be reinjured. But in addition to marathon training (1-3 hrs/day) and the upper body and core exercises I do on alternate days, it doesn't leave me much room to also do true lower body strength routines, and I'm getting frustrated. Plus, my body will eventually stop responding to the same exercises day in and day out. I'd like to shake up the routine, make it harder, and yes - hopefully do some kind of maintenance program. I'm done with PT, bu they didn't give me a plan for moving forward, and I'm gonna go crazy if I have to do these same little 2 lb weight exercises forever. KWIM?
