I am 30 pounds overweight. I know I should eat right and exercise but there are days where I don't exercise or eat as well as I should. On these days I weigh myself after dinner. If I weigh more than two pounds from the weight I was that morning I make myself throw up. There are even days where I do well and still more than two pounds...I throw up. I'm a mess.

Ran twice last weekend both 8 miles, took a Cycling class on Monday, on Wednesday went on a 9.5 mi hike, yesterday ran a 13.1 mile trail race (what spectacular views!), and today took a yoga class and then went biking for about 2.5 hours. What a super fun week it t'was! Now I'm devouring ham & cheese and chocolate croissants and need a nap asap.

Yay, new episodes of Hemlock Grove on netflix! It's too nice out to stay in and binge watch today, but I'll treat myself to an episode every night this week.

Can't wait for the movie,"Boyhood" to come out in my city. It's an indie, fiction film that follows a boy from 6-18 years, shooting every year for 12 years with the same cast is a true work of art. Plus, Ethan Hawke is in it. Yum.

Did my PT exercises. I'm beginning to hate them. They help a lot, but seriously take like an hour three times a week. This is not sustainable!! There has to be an equally beneficial regimen that doesn't take quite as long.

Still annoyed with the friend who is marathon "training" by running 1-3 miles a day. It's GREAT that he's running, and I'm supportive as all heck. But I'll say here what I won't say to him: running every day for 1-3 miles shows commitment and is a terrific streak when you've done it every single day for over a month. But it's not ENDURANCE, which is what you need to run a marathon. He knows better than this. I don't want to rain on his happy. I just want him to have a good marathon!

I saw Macy Gray at a free concert and the show was soo fantastic! I even shook her hand at the meet and greet. How awesome of her considering this was a free outdoor concert!
