My aunt has gotten enormously obese. Her biggest kick now is smoothies and she carries her smoothie blender to our house when she visits. For the life of me I don't see how she's going to lose weight on smoothies when she adds two bananas, juice, yogurt, almonds and protein powder. I mean if you were going to the gym and pumping iron, maybe I could see it. She drinks all that down, then eats a big bowl of cereal. She doesn't exercise at all, sits and watchs TV for hours. Then has another smoothie later with blueberries, greek yogurt, more protein powder, Then eats a full lunch. I think she's missing the point and just keeps piling on the pounds. Love her, but she's going to be immobile eventualy, already pushing almost 400 pounds. Then lectures us on how we should eat healtheri!
