Adding to the health chit chat... I went vegan 4 years ago (by accident), and I couldn't believe the health changes for me. The bursitis only acts up a few days a year (on the coldest days), instead of every week. Heck, I can even run a half marathon now! Before, i couldn't walk more than a few miles. Changing the diet took care of the migraines too - I only get them now if someone close by is wearing the wrong perfume or starts smoking. Migranes used to be at least a couple of times a month, for no reason I could figure out. I'm not going to claim this idea is for everyone - I know everyone's body is different - but if you are in pain, it is worth trying for a few weeks. Before I went vegan, I was vegetarian for 20 years, and ate lots of leafy greens and no fast food, so I really do feel is was losing all animal products that made the change.
