I don't think we need a wife channel, or a body channel. There are men that post here - perhaps a 'married' or 'spouse' board, but still no necessary. A lot of members may want to confess about their significant other even though they are not married. I think 'sex' and 'stream of consciousness' are more than enough to cover relationship confessions. As for the body board well that's covered too with 'stream of consciousness'. If I were to nominate any additions I'd nominate 'Vent it out'.

I'm noticing posts are getting reposted but worded slightly differently. Am I the only one who has noticed this?!

My co-worker's daughter is watching my hamster while I'm on vacation. She texted me today because she's afraid he's not doing well. I hope he doesn't die while she's caring for him; it would be traumatic for her. Hang in there, little hamster!

This morning while enjoying coffee together, BF and I were having a conversation about how in the future what if people could create their own human-like robot companion. They would be life-like and could cuddle with you, etc. He said his perfect woman would wake up and say, "let's go out to breakfast", because he knows I don't like doing that. I laughed and said that my perfect man would wake up and ask, "where shall we go hiking today?", because BF is not naturally very active. It was fun to fantasize about the possibilities.

We got snow last night and I'm probably more upset about it than I should be, but I think I'm entitled to be a little peeved...this winter and spring have sucked big time.

I like FB, I really do. I keep it nice and drama free and I enjoy(ed) the pics and statuses and what-not. But damn it it's changing! People don't post statuses anymore. It's all recipes, spiritual quotes, stupid quiz things, world star videos or some shared article bashing Obama. I like to read real statuses about someone that just needs to vent or a funny thing that happened to them, for example. Big sigh.

Had a refreshing weekend that we (sis + bf) planned around a half marathon race in the area. We mostly enjoyed yoga, hot tubbing on the deck of our rented cottage among other things like sightseeing. I'm defn signing up for another race to make another fun weekend destination out of it!

My mom once again started the lecture about my not having kids. She did not raise me growing up, my dad had custody of me while she was on drugs. I turned out pretty well, college educated and in a stable relationship as well as getting to travel the world and I am even writing a book! However, I will never be good enough for her as long as I don't have children. I am sick of her saying I could have kids while traveling. Yes, this is possible but why should I have children to please HER? I don't want kids at this moment. I am in my late 20s and she is telling me my biological clock is ticking. I never even put batteries in it!

Ugh-you made me picture kissing my uncle on the mouth. The thought of kissing ANY of them that way makes me want to vomit.

I'm all for E-Cigs for those that want to quit. I used to smoke, but was able to quit cold turkey. I do however, have a problem with some coworkers that will sit at their desk all day long huffing and puffing on them, knowing damn well they're in a small enclosed room. The worst part is that the desk that they sit at is at the walk up window...in plain site of the public. So unprofessional.
