I'm at work on Saturday night feverishly trying to wrap this up. My internet died at home. Perfect timing.

I'm procrastinating big elfin time. Have a major report due Monday, but need to get into boss asap. Going to work on it all weekend which happens to be my birthday. Yay me, I can't wait for Monday here and over.

I have had it up to HERE with people bugging me about the status of their projects. It's in the workflow software--look at it there! Don't bother me. And if you bother me 100x a day to finish something, it's not going to get done faster. GRR! I'm beginning to understand why my DH gets annoyed with project managers, haha.

In response to a confession. Eh, I still have to talk on the phone to vendors all day. It's not quite the dream you would think. But I DO get out of having to put up with obnoxious co-workers. Like the guy who has an office down the hall from me who has THE MOST obnoxious voice and laugh you've ever heard. Due to meetings and such, I only really do it once a week or so, but I do enjoy that I can get housework done while I'm also doing work-work.

In response to a confession. Working at home AND no kids? I'm jealous, that's an introverts dream!

Man. I am really loving this work from home thing. It's fantastic. I don't have kids, so I can do my work, take a quick break to throw in laundry, and go right back to work. And no commute! It's the best thing ever.

In response to a confession. Turns out that coworker also ended a relationship he was in because he recently had cheated, too. Life is so weird sometimes. Anyway, it felt like burden was lifted off my shoulders. I know he would never tell anyone at work this, though.

It felt so GOOD to tell my coworker about the short affair I had with our mutual coworker.

Some of the overseas businessmen I deal with...holy cow. Talk about spacey. How the heck do they keep these businesses running? Some of them are so freaking disorganized. At least most of them try to be cooperative with me since if they aren't, they lose our business.

I've only been at my new job a little while and already one chick doesn't like me. I've been taking on a lot of extra projects that are time-sensitive, including some that she was supposed to be working on. She works from home a lot and honestly I wonder if she's getting as much done there as I am at the office. I took one too many of her projects on and she snapped at me and told me she was going to take it back. Fine, geez, chill out. I only wanted to do what was going to help our company get things done faster.
