It is a very small company, but it's a franchise of a large name. 5 employees plus the GM to rotate 3 shifts (1 person 1st, 2 ppl 2nd, 1 person 3rd), 7 days a week, we all end up with over time.) I spoke with the owner today for a long time. He's upset that the GM never told him about my previous complaints. He promised they'll make it work so that I don't work with the bully coworker. He must have laid into the GM about everything cuz she called me up with anger in her voice saying I can come back to work tomorrow (bully and I weren't allowed to work until owner is done investigating) and complaining how hard this will be on her that she has to figure out how to do the schedule. I don't feel sorry for her. Had she done something any of the times I told her about the bullying, it wouldn't have gone this far. But I'm sure the GM will look for any reason to fire me after she trains a new person. I've spent yesterday and today applying to jobs online.
