Does anyone else have an odd impact on electrical things? I've never been able to wear watches because I drain the batteries, and lately, I've been breaking almost every computer I touch. I got a new phone and had to get three new ones in the two week trial period because they kept shorting out. Then my laptop crashed. Then my brand new laptop crashed. Then the tablet I use to write while I'm at work crashed. I got upset at work and my work PC died. I'm over it. I'm so paranoid my fourth new phone is going to crash.

I've seen creepier shit in movies, of course, but in real life? By far and away the creepiest shit I've ever witnessed is Christian chanting. Dimly lit rooms full of people led by creepy dudes in robes, all chanting in unison as if they're in a trance or something. I almost got up and ran out of a Lutheran church once during a funeral. The candles and the chanting. It was very 'Rosemary's Baby'. It was so f*cking creepy. And the Catholics? With the in-unison hail Mary thing? *shudder* It's cool for them or whatever, but man I find it scary and creepy. I cannot understand how people find that kind of thing comforting.

OP of the posts about not being able to get anyone to do a reading on me, and in the very rare cases that someone does, they are completely off - even when they've been accurate with others. Someone was offering readings on the forum I'm on the other night. Everyone gave feedback about how amazingly accurate their readings were, so I asked for a reading. They responded! Finally! They told me not to be nervous about my pregnancy, all would go well and my baby boy would be healthy, as would the baby girl I would have after that. Very in depth about both of my future children. *I'm 50 years old, in menopause, and my husband has had a vasectomy* Who or what are these people seeing?!? Like, do I have a split personality or something???

No, newtruu, nobody has passed recently. I have a cardinal that visits me almost every day, and when he sings to me I believe it's from my Mom. I'm having a lot of medical issues right now, and I can't help wondering if this is a hint that things aren't going to end well.

I was so excited when this channel was first added. I couldn't wait to read stories from posters who had experience with the psychic world, mediums, maybe a good ghost tale or two....but meh. Kind of a let down. Anyone care to share a story?

Here's a weird story. Sometimes, when my dh does laundry, the lid on the washing machine will open, stopping the wash. It's a top loader and it locks when you hit the start button. I thought he was bullshitting me until I saw him hit start, and then about ten minutes later, I realized I couldn't hear it running. Went down to the basement and the lid was open. To stop a cycle, you have to hold the button down for three seconds and it takes it a few more seconds to unlock, and there's no way it could have opened on its own. It's just the two of us here. I have no logical explanation for this happening. What kind of a ghost screws with washing machines? Like, you're dead. Go to Disneyland.

As we pulled up to our house the other night, the curtain in DD's room opened half way from almost the top to the bottom as if a tall person was looking out. Her room was dark, we saw no one. Then the next day, I turned the portable heater off in DDs room while she was on her computer on the other side of the house. A short while later I go to use the bathroom next to her room and I hear it on. 2 knobs have to be turned completely around in order to be turned on. Our house isn't big, her bedroom door is within 10 feet of where I was sitting and someone would have had to pass by me to get to it...no one went in her room.
