I'm floored by the people who still support Trump. This is no longer about Republican vs Democrat. Even the most diehard Trump supporters I know have shifted into suspicion over this administration, but one woman I work with practically worships him. Anyone with a working brain and an ounce of critical thinking skills can see that there's some shady stuff happening with this president. Is this just about celebrity worship? Undying love for racism? Misguided hopes and fears?

I've worked with so many nurses like this over the years. They don't last long, at least in a clinical setting. Hopefully your dil can find something on the administrative end.

It's Earth Day and I am so depressed. I don't know why, but I get annoyed with everyone taking one day to actually GAF about the environment when they drive huge SUVs and use weed killers so their lawns don't get dandelions. The whole Trump administration is just icing on the cake because they want us to go back to the 1950s with how we dealt with waste and emissions. I should be optimistic because technology is amazing and I think we will be able to survive without fossil fuel, but it's not looking good to me right now.

I hate Donald Trump. And everything he stands for. I hate his administration too. I hate that his supporters are clueless and ignorant and most of them are hateful people. And I hate that I have a few friends and family that support him. FDT. Not my president. He wouldn't last a day in our home and how we live. Worried about finances, our future, medical bills, college, FOOD!, ..he'll never understand us, the real true American citizens of this nation.

I for one will be extremely upset if PBS and NPR go away. I really hope there is action taken to keep it on, even if it means we have to pay a little bit for it. our healthcare system is a complete and utter mess and I'm despondant over it. I work with a lot of lower-income blue-collar workers, many of them retired and on fixed incomes. They delay getting medications filled because even a copay of $15 is too much sometimes. These aren't people buying the newest Iphone..hell, a lot of them still use the old flip phones or no cell phone at all. These aren't people partying it up and eating out every night. They're just tired and broken down mill workers, factory workers, blue collar people who now need healthcare and can't afford it. They skip the insulin doses because it's too expensive. They need to pay rent and eat. This current administration only cared about them when the needed votes. They could care less about them dropping dead in the street. And this party calls itself the moral party....GMAFB.
