I have noticed that most of the people I see not wearing masks like we are supposed to are very overweight. They just do not care about health in general.

I've been trying to eat more and spacing my food out more evenly throughout the day to avoid bingeing on veggies at night. Even though I've increased my calories by a couple hundred per day, my weight has gone down another couple pounds. I'm slightly terrified--I can't afford to end up in the hospital with refeeding syndrome. I think I'll just try to push myself to gradually increase more and more until I stop losing. I do at least feel better so maybe my metabolism was just in the toilet and it's coming back now.

This elimination diet has got me losing weight. The few pounds I gained eating pasta dropped right back off and then some. That wasn't the goal, but it's happening. I'm 3lbs away from underweight. I look completely average. This makes me wonder about models and celebrities. Are they ALL underweight? I mean according to the generally accepted BMI standards. Also, I still haven't tried eating cheese. I'm too nervous lol.

I saw my chiropractor the first time in a year and my posture is really terrible now with all the sitting I'm doing, not stretching after my runs, overall stress. She took a picture of my posture from the back and it was a humbling experience. My shoulders uneven and rounded, spine looks more curved. I have return to yoga and get more serious about doing weights.

I managed to give up alcohol almost completely and I thought I'd miss it more. I've been taking ashwagandha instead at night to relax and honestly it works so much better that i don't miss the nightcap I used to have. It also made me lose weight because I wasn't getting those empty alcohol calories. Win-win i guess.

I switched to another class that incorporates dance moves and weight training. The pace is better and slower which helps since I can't dance. lol

I had a physical with my new PCP and she wanted to refer me to a dietitian because of my weight being low. I said fine and made the appointment. It was a 1 hour visit with a dietitian that was virtual and all she did was tell me to eat more high-calorie foods (no shit, Sherlock). I got the bill for it--$465. My insurance covered none of it because I wasn't underweight enough for them to think it necessary and I have a high deductible plan. But that is INSANE. No one's time is worth that much especially when she wasn't even that helpful. That's the last time I see a specialist, period. It's just another way for the system to get money out of you.

Does anyone have a good source for bras for smaller ribcages? I have been losing weight, and my 32C bras are way too big now. I bought a 30B online (wearpepper.com), and if I put it on the tightest hook it is OK, but I think a 30C or 28C would have fit better. But that a company doesn't go up to C.

My binge eating has been so out of control. I have no idea why, nothing has changed in my life, no stress, I'm eating enough calories, etc. Ive lost weight in the past so I know I can. Just bought an Bluetooth scale on Amazon, hopefully that will help hold me accountable before I put on more weight.

I gave up dairy and grains a couple years ago. It was supposed to be a temporary weight loss thing. But I felt sooooooo much better not eating them that I plan to never go back. I've tried to eat a slice of whole grain toast or a scoop of ice cream, and I feel noticeably worse. I never realized how feeling crappy was my normal. I think that's true for most people. They just become use to it. Even if you aren't technically intolerant to dairy or gluten, I think they are just not good for you. Humans were not meant to eat those things. I think if people stopped, they would realize how much they affect them - tired, headaches, etc. Things people write up to stress, age, etc. Those things play a role, but I really think diet is the #1 factor. I bet half of our health issues would drastically reduce if people just ate healthier and whole foods instead of processed crap.
