I used to have nice full D's but then due to cycles of losing weight/gaining weight they're COMPLETELY deflated B's. I mean nipples facing south granny-flaps. I'm only 23 and my friend-with-benefits hates them. I can see it in his eyes that he has to force himself to suck them and play with them. I don't blame him, they're really gross breasts. But i can't do anything about them :( I would do anything in the world for a breast lift. A N Y T H I N G at all i cry myself to sleep because i ruined my body by not taking care of my weight issues

I remember breaking up with someone I really cared about. It DOES hurt. It's not just emotional pain, it feels physical. My throat hurt, my head hurt, my stomach hurt. I really felt awful for months. I lost a lot of weight too. It can make you very wary of ever going out there ever again. Dating for me was stressful and when I met DH for the first time, I liked him so much I was terrified. Our first few months of dating I think I acted neurotic. It took time for me to trust again. Anyway, when I read the posts about breaking up and how sad you are, I realy do feel for you. I remember it like it was yesterday.

Just found out the overweight superwoman (from my prior post) is now volunteering for yet another school activity - one that her DD isn't even in! She just wanted to help, she said. (she works full time at a high-stress job, too BTW) and I couldn't even stay awake long enough last night to listen to DD tell me about the book she's been reading. Fell asleep while she was talking to me. At 830pm. Maybe I do need to have my iron checked.

Keep going with your health goals! You can do it! I went from an overweight, tired and non-exercising person....to someone who cooks and shops healthy, loves to exercise and can fit into three sizes smaller than I used ! Took over a year and a half to get there, but those baby steps add up.

I started counting calories and going for daily walks on 7/1. Today is the 6 wk mark and I am down 5 lbs. Not alot, but considering I only started out needed to lose 20, thats not too bad. I know that by the holidays and into next spring/summer I will already be at my goal weight, and doing it the healthy way. I don't starve myself, deprive myself, and still have cheat meals here and there. I feel like this is sustainable. This may be my first New Year's without having to worry about losing weight!

I was pretty disgusted with Ablow on Fox news attacking Michelle Obama's weight when he had nothing substantive to say on the subject of her school lunch campaign. While he sat there, bashing on her diet, his belly spilled out over his belt buckle. I think the school lunch program is a good idea, but healthy habits start at home. If the parents are feeding the kids these fruits and vegetables then they wont eat them at school either.

I know this lady who's pretty overweight and seems unhealthy- her DD has health problems and her doc told her to start a healthy diet and be more active, advice for the whole family. I, on the other hand, am slim and eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly, and my DD is like this too. The DD's are friends, that's how we know each other. So here is my question: How is it that this woman has boundless energy and is constantly doing stuff? How can she stay so heavy when the woman never sits still? And how the hell can I have energy like that? I thought a healthy diet and exercise were supposed to make you more energetic! I'm exhausted just listening to her schedule! I can barely stay up past nine and she's out doing volunteer work until ten or eleven. She's a freaking powerhouse and I don't know how she does it.

I watched the episode of "19 Kids and Counting" where Jim Bob and Josh have a contest where they try to see who could lose the most weight. I'm sorry, but Jim Bob Duggar just seems like a giant douchebag. I'd hate to have a dad like that.

i graduated two years ago and started a relatively sedentary job. ever since i've been carrying around an excess 20-25 pounds and i'm sick of it. i'm giving myself until the end of the year to lose at least 15 of those pounds healthfully. i'm going to set aside $25-$50 for each pound i lose and take it away if i gain it back. if i lose it, i'm going to gift myself a pair of Frye boots. I'm going to give myself until March of next year to lose the full 25 and gift myself a cruise. If i don't lose the weight, no boots and no cruise and i'll just stick the money in savings i guess.

I've been out of the online dating game for almost 14 months while I focused on my kids and career. During that (somewhat stressful time) I gained 10 pounds. I decided to get back on one of the sites and started talking to a guy, and now he wants to meet. I feel like I need to tell him, "Hey, I gained 10 pounds since those pictures were taken!" I'm supposed to see him on Saturday, and I'm not sure what to do. The extra weight probably isn't noticeable to most people (was 163 to start with, now I'm 173), but still. What to do, what to do…
