It's completely normal for a person who experiences sleep paralysis to feel this way. I've had lucid dreams and sleep paralysis since I was a kid, and lemme tell ya, I know how terrifying it can be. I thought a demon was trying to kill me, and believed for years that I'd been abducted by aliens. If this happens to you, when you lay down, consciously set the intention that nothing can touch you; anything negative around you is banished and you're protected by *insert whatever you believe in* Angels, God, Jesus, guides, etc. You might even smudge your house with sage. It's the belief and intention behind the action that counts. We have more control/power over our minds than we think.

I hope you Trump folks realize that his ban on travel from Muslim countries doesn't just include Muslims. There are A LOT of Christians in Syria and the Middle East, seeing as it's the birthplace of Christianity and all. A family from my brother-in-law's church is from Syria. They were bringing the rest of their family over here to escape the violence. You can probably imagine that being a Christian in Syria is not the safest thing right now. They had even bought a house here. Their plane landed in Philadelphia. They were forced to go back to Syria. They are as good as dead now. The families that founded MY church back in the 1930s were Christians from Lebanon. Their descendants are still very active members, How Christian of you to not allow other Christians fleeing violence against them by Muslims into your country. I'm sure that's what Jesus would have done.

"Liberal crap" oh, giving to the needy? Trying to make sure aged, disabled and poor had medical care? Let me guess, you're a conservative "Christian" who'd probably hate Jesus if you met him in real life.

I stayed with a friend who had just gotten new white rimmed tired for her car. She'd messed up the earlier set, so they got new ones. Her she was driving us somewhere and ran over a curb and messed up the new tires himself. He came UNGLUED! He was so so mad, and I thought he would cry. Jesus. Aren't cars supposed to get dirty?

All these Jesus memes are starting to crop up where Jesus and Trump are buddies, Jesus is shown "moving" back into the White House, etc. I block anyone who shares that crap. Extremely offensive and vulgar.

I don't have time to sit on the fucking phone with you for twenty minutes trying to help you figure out what your fucking password is. I tried- I mean I REALLY tried- to set it up so she wouldn't have to come here. I made everything available online that she needed. But she can't log in because she can't remember her password. Christ! Call the admin and have it reset! Don't come here and bug me!!! Why? Why? WHY are you coming here anyway? It's an hour drive on icy roads and you still have to come here? WHY? Oh good Christ! I was raised by some God-fearing Christians (eye roll) and I finally had to turn my back on their so-called "religion". There was so much judgment in my house growing up. If you didn't fit the very narrow script they had for you, you were an outcast. The worst is how they really felt that everyone in the United States should be a Christian, that this is what our country was founded on. Then I started growing up and I learned some real history. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our founding fathers were some of the least religious people you could ever meet. The last thing they wanted for a country was to be shackled by narrowminded, bigoted religious viewpoints. I do still believe in Jesus and I do believe in the principles he taught but I will no longer be a part of organized religions. They are toxic to the human soul.
