Trump probably thinks people are going to look back at him like they look back on Churchill or something (and yes I know Churchill was kind of an asshole but a lot of people really don't see that). Donald Trump is going to win in 2020. And it scares the ever-loving shit out of me.

My family is military. My dad, grandfathers, brother, brother in law, uncles, and multiple cousins. I spent Thanksgiving listening to them talk about how Trump has made a mockery of our country. They despise him. He mocks deceased military members and gold start families. Now, my racist brother in law in Virgina, who is also a cop, would lick Trump's boots if given the chance.

I have a lot of family members who have served the military or who are currently serving. Only one voted for Trump and even his father, who is retired from the Air Force, has said that he is disappointed. We are blue collar, working class folks. Members of my family fought the fascists in Europe. Never thought we would have to fight them here. Bring us your tired, your hungry- what happened to that? Instead, we have kids in cages. Abuse of power, obstruction of justice...who looks at Trump and sees a patriot? I am asking seriously.

I live in a town with a huge army base and consequently many career soldiers. When Trump got elected there was a huge sigh of relief because Obama was considered weak on military. I never heard one word of praise for Obama from any military person I know. I have heard plenty of praise for Trump. You might not know who is supporting him from the media. It's people out here living ordinary middle class lives.

I was raised Democrat, then when my Dad got a salaried promotion and my brother went to law school, they all turned Republican. I was taught to get the facts on both candidates, then to vote for the one who wants what's best for US. Now they bad mouth Democrats, Obama, Bill & Hillary, and every other human being who isn't Donald Trump, and make excuses for his criminal behavior and outright stupidity. I just don't get it.

The Trump voters I know either whisper about how he turned out to be terrible or they've doubled down in their undying support. No happy medium.

I’m curious of the trump supporters on this board how they feel about trump speaking about toilets and flushing ten-15 times? I mean, I wasn’t sure what he was talking about? That toilets should be more efficient in more rain drenched states?? And why is he _strongly_ going to look into this?? I’m so confused about him!! And answer me this, why did you vote for him? Is this something that is important to you, the efficiency of a toilet..did you ever think that your president would tackle your toilet issue?
