Not saying that's not annoying, but you do know you can view the desktop version of Facebook on your phone and check your messages that way?

I have Facebook but I don't use the messenger app (it crashes on my phone). I've repeatedly told my aunt to not message me on FB if it's important, just text me. I currently have five messages sitting in my messenger inbox, but I'm at work and can't check them on my phone. My dh just texted me to say my aunt messaged him on FB, telling him to tell me to message her back because it's important. WTF. You have my phone number! Just fucking text or call me!

I'm the same way. In and out. No reading, no Facebooking. Just do my thing and get out. My husband spends almost 30 minutes in the bathroom every morning. I guess if he enjoys it, good for him, lol.

Trump will not get impeached. Hillary will go to jail. Bill Clinton will die of complications from an STD. Ivanka will buy a major corporation, like Microsoft or Facebook or similar while Jared is in jail (light sentence for him). She'll run for president in 2024. Megan Markle will bear a red-haired dark skinned son to Prince Harry after a year of marriage. He'll be named Charles William Henry and be called Chuck. Monica Lewinsky will write another book, this time memoirs of Bill's penis and other flirtations, and she'll take up pole dancing to entertain her many male suitors, most of them disbarred lawyers. Monica could be Ivanka's running mate in 2024. My spirit guides tell me. [Moved over from Psychic channel. - ADMIN]

My SD40 posted on Facebook today that she wishes she had her mom's dressing recipe. I know that she used boxed dressing mix and added extra celery. She told me years ago that she was the world's worst cook but made people think she was a good cook by using doctored up prepackaged stuff. She passed away three years ago, so I commented on SD's post telling her I'd share my recipe. She said no thanks. Alrighty then...

Since I married Dh every holiday, birthday & special occasion has been ruined for me. Being in a blended family is hard, but the drama is too much for me. I miss not having to worry if she's outside our house. I stay out of any issues between dh & his ex, but it affects my daily life. Halloween was ruined because dh had parenting time this year so his ex was upset & took it out by showing up at our house before we were to go trick or treating, causing a scene making dsd & my dd to cry. Dh gets dsd for Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve this year. She's already making threats to deny visitation &/or show up to ruin our day. She hates me, but never had a conversation with me. Ignored me when I tried to introduce myself, but stalked my facebook, puts crazy comments when I post things about family, our kids, vacations, etc or will leave screaming messages degrading me. I blocked her but she finds my dd, family & friends pages. I'd love to just spend the holidays on a cruise with no phones.

I'm sorry if everyone was tired of the MLM conversation...but I just had this pop up and wanted to vent. So I belong to a weight loss page on Facebook and it's been my safe haven for talking about my struggles. I've gotten to "know" some people on there just through online conversations. It made me happy when a bunch started sending me friend requests. It made me feel good! Like I had a lot of support. Well about half of thse so called friends started sending me "Heyyyy girrrl" solicitation messages within several days of friending me. Yup yup. Not really wanting to be friends so much as wanting to sell me stuff. I unfriended and blocked. I think that's one reason why so many people hate MLM's.

My granddaughter was to get married in June, then decided to postpone because her fiancé is in the Navy and was going to be onboard a ship for over a year. He surprised her with a quick five day leave before shipping out....and six weeks later she found out she's pregnant. Fiancé has been posting on Facebook that he's gonna be a good daddy, then posts about getting drunk and picking out his tattoo. Meanwhile, she's living with her parents, working, and paying the co-pay for doctors, labs, etc. with NO help from him. I have the chance to send him an email within the next twelve hours before they ship out again (he's in port somewhere for supplies). Should I send him an email asking him to support his child and fiancée? Or should I keep my mouth shut? She says she's mentioned it to him and he's 'gonna take care of it.' Me too for write the email or omg for stay out of it....Thanks

There’s a thing going around Facebook saying be nice to the larger kids they may have mental impairments, or it’s at least keeping them out of trouble... they could be off drinking or vandalizing things. But my mom used to be one of those people who thought she had to give candy to the whole neighborhood when you can just as easily turn off your lights. She’d start giving out my candy till that was gone too. Last year I took ds trick or treating and he got like 6 packets of ramen (it is a popular thing to eat here but not to the point where it’s common to give out) and i’m going to guess that it’s because they ran out of candy. I appreciate people’s want to continue to give things to kids... but it’s unnecessarry to empty out your pantry to do so.

I posted "I am tired of being treated like shit" on Facebook. My boss assumed it referred to him.
