I have some tough decisions to make, a long time ago on Truu I confessed that I was almost done lining up my ducks to leave my DH. Well, my ducks have been as close to lined up as possible for some time now...and well I just can't seem to bring myself to do it. I need to do this, I am so utterly miserable in this relationship. But when I think of everyone and everything involved, I get cold feet. I want to stay in my warm comfortable miserable cocoon. Now summer is almost upon us, do I take my family on vacation or finally take the plunge to end this train-wreck of a marriage? I need help. #Jesus

That is what I don't understand about the Republicans--how the heck did they get so aligned with Christian values? They do absolutely everything exactly the opposite of what Jesus did. Of course there was no abortion laws/whatever back when Jesus lived, but that seems to be how they snooker Christians into voting for them. My ILs are strict Lutherans and they aren't financially well off, so it makes zero sense for them to vote Republican, yet they do it anyway. Because Republicans don't kill babies. Ppppbbbt. That argument is getting so old.

My sister's ILs are super hardcore teetotalers. I think it's fine that they are choosing to not drink, but they act like it's a sin to drink at all. They actually went to their adult son's house to help him move and dumped the contents of his liquor cabinet down the drain even though he was 23 and perfectly capable of making his own decisions. They are super religious and act like drinking is the absolute worst thing in the world. They also really hate it when I mention that Jesus was quite the wine drinker, lol.

Re "procreate as she desires" "it's my body and my life" are you serious? Are those 17 new "bodies" that you are sooo entitled to creating going to feed and cloth themselves? Are you going to be able to nurture and parent 17 new people as they deserve?? Jesus people are up in arms about overpopulation a of pets (rightly so) and you think you can breed into existence as many people as you want because it's your body and your life? That is about the dumbest most selfish entitlement minded thing I have ever heard. Not even going to try and sugar coat this one.

I'm very angry. I just went to the store yesterday morning. I bought 2 boxes of twinkies and a box of brownies. They were on sale, I usually don't buy the stuff. I just moved the boxes over and all three were completely empty. BF and his cousin ate them all last night. I stocked up on beef 3 weeks ago, that went missing now this crap. BF doesn't buy food. When the 25lbs of beef went missing he told me to just go buy more. I'm buying food for myself and will cook and eat at my mom's. Until I save up and move out! I don't mind him eating but Jesus don't lie about it! He has no idea where the beef went, no idea where the snacks went. I honestly thinknhe gave the beef away because he didn't buy it, who cares if it cost me money.

I was watching the Super Size Me documentary on Netflix today. It cracked me up when kids were show pictures of historical figures and pop icons and asked to identify them. They all knew who Ronald McDonald was, but a few of them couldn't even identify George Washington. I lost my shit when the kids were shown a picture of Jesus. Some of them just shrugged, and another said it was George Bush.
