You are getting on my nerves with your far right wing undercover racist bullshit. Mexicans are only good for making babies with right? And having your half Mexican babies' grandparents always watching your kids so you can go on bike runs right? But they aren't good enough to work legit right? And why would you want these small businesses that will get incentives for hiring "illegal scum" to get boycotted by 'Muricans that will force the business to shut down? Really? That's very Patriotic of you. Tell me more how American you are as you use nothing but Made in China products and eat food picked on the farm by your kid's relatives. oh, and p.s., still, no one is trying to take away your Constitutional Rights to Bear Arms that our Christian forefathers built with blood, sweat, and tears. Keep your damn gun and racist self and get a job and just shut-up.

I always see people talking crap about Republicans and Christians being so judgmental and close minded. I am not saying they aren't because I have met many in those categories that are but Democrats and non-Christians are just as judgmental and close minded as well. There is always someone on one side saying the other is wrong. Everyone needs to just do their thing and keep their nose out of the other one's business. This country is screwed up not because of religion and politics but because everyone thinks the entire country needs to view things and live just like they do. A Christian does something and non-Christians attack them for their views. A non-Christian does something and a Christian attacks them as well. Same with politics. It is so exhausting listening to everyone battle their views. Americans are immature brats always whining about someone not liking what they like or being politically correct. People need to get their heads out of their asses and start dealing with the fact that there are millions living in this country and there are a million different ways to live your life and view things. No wonder the rest of the world think Americans are such spoiled idiots because that is how everyone acts.

I admit, I don't understand the uproar about 19 Kids and Counting. I'm Christian, have a brother who is gay and I openly accept homosexuality - I still don't understand it. There is no single show on TV that will not offend someone out there. I don't watch the Duggars because I think they're loony, but I just change the channel.

Here's my opinion with those who believe Brittany Maynard went against God's plan by terminating her life with medical assistance. Do those people also feel that everybody who is extending their life with medical assistance is going against God's plan? I'm Christian and I get extremely discouraged seeing so many people use the Bible and God's plan only when it works for them. It's also very depressing to look at hot topics (abortion, gay marriage, death by dignity, etc.) and see that many of the hate arguments are centered around the Bible.

I'm curious as to what the Republican party can bring to the table should they win the next presidential election. What will they do to make America so "America the Beautiful" since apparently Obama drove us to ruins. Abortion will be outlawed? Insurance will be outlawed? Close the borders? Deport every single undocumented person? We all must own guns? No more gay marriage? No other religion will be allowed except Christianity? Continue the war (or stop it for that matter?) Take away all welfare? Give jobs to vets? I haven't heard anything that will make me vote republican, or should I say that they haven't said anything that makes me want to hear them out. All I hear is how Obama is a socialist prick with a ghetto fat wife. That's not politics, that's being immature.

I believe that a fetus is a human life, with all the same DNA as you and I. Therefore, I think it is wrong to take that life. That's the only argument I make. I fully support free and easily accessible birth control, but I just can't support abortion. There are crazy pro-lifers, but they do not represent all of us anymore than Westboro Baptist Church represents all Christians or Isis represents all Muslims.

I hope myChristian friends don't have children that are gay. Because God hates the gays. Sigh. Makes me sad they feel this way. They don't have to have same beliefs as I do, but I do wish they weren't so hateful to gays.

For whatever reason, it seriously bothers me that the Republican party throws all these religious issues into their campaigning strategy. I swear it's just to get the votes of strict Christians like my ILs who would vote for someone pro-life any day over a person who has decent ideas about the economy. The only people who the Republicans want to help are the rich and I hate how they try to blind everyone to that by pulling their pro-life card. It just pisses me off, that's all.

The conversation about ending relationships with overweight friends/family once you've lost a large amount of weight resonates with me. I lost 60 lbs, and also 2 years ago I went vegan. I'm single. I didn't ditch any of my friends because they are fat or because they eat meat or because they make unhealthy choices, but I have realized two things: 1) I think differently now. Health is a big part of my life. I value it. And I simply no longer have as much in common with my old friends. It's not always so comfortable feeling like the oddball. (And I am NOT one who preaches or judges; more often than not, they make fun of my choices, which really hurts.) And 2) when it comes to a future partner, I can't imagine choosing a sedentary meat and dairy eater. Maybe the actual guy will change my mind, but that is not me anymore, and I don't wish to share the rest of my life with a man who cooks meat in my pans or eats cheese-laden pizza or can't get off his ass to exercise. You can do it - I won't make you feel badly for it - but I can't imagine spending the rest of MY life with such a person. And I don't think it makes me a bad person that I've changed like this. I think it's the same as some folks saying they need to marry a Christian or remain child-free. In all cases, I think the broadcasting of your way as right and others' as wrong is destructive and extreme. But if you've seriously changed because of your weight loss or whatever, then I think you should honor yourself by finding new people to surround yourself with, if that's what you need. But it doesn't mean you have to be rude or holier-than-thou to friends of old.
