So DH ended up coming home 2 hours late. When we got in the car he suggested fast food and a trip to walmart to get a piece he needed for the lawn mower. He figured out pretty quickly that I was pissed. Then he salvaged the night by taking me to a nice sit down restaurant followed by a movie. Now, I feel bad for calling him a dickhead. Clueless is much more apt.

Let's take every penny in the US and make sure we all get our fair share. No one has more than you or me. Mr. X needs someone to flip burgers at his restaurant. But X has as much money as you and me, so he closes his restaurant. No one wanted to work there anyway because they now have as much money as Mr. X. Meanwhile, you get sick and need someone to take care of you. You have to pay 50 percent of what you have to Mrs. Y in order to be cared for in your old age. She doesn't need money now but she sees that if she cares for you, her children will inherit the money you've paid her and be able to go to an elite college, if there are such colleges anymore. Then Mrs. Y has all of her money and 50% of yours. Her kids will be richer than yours. They'll live in a nicer home and have better cars. One of them might even start a restaurant. They'll hire your poorer kids to flip burgers. And your kids will complain that they have to work for rich people. Etcetera.

So my family and I have to travel 1500 miles and take a vacation that is not convenient to us because my future sister in law wants a beach wedding. Forget the fact that we are building a new home, so funds are tight. Now, since her funds are tight, she is not doing a rehearsal dinner. But get this, she wants us all to go out to dinner after the rehearsal at the restaurant of her choice. Which is EXPENSIVE.. On top of that, my in laws are more than willing to pay for and plan the rehearsal dinner. But guess what? Funds are tight and she wants that money for the honeymoon...

The Chinese food confession makes me think of when DH and I were first married. He LOVES General Tso's Chicken and we always used to order it, but the place we got it from closed. I thought I'd impress him and made it from scratch. I thought it turned out pretty damn good, but when he ate it he said it was better from the restaurant. I never, ever made him Chinese food again. Little ungrateful punk!

Ugh, so we live in a place that doesn't have good fast food Chinese restaurants. My husband gets homesick for it so I research his favorites and make it all homemade. I mean, I make Spicy Beef and broccoli, homemade lo mein, black bean steak, the works. I even make egg rolls! The end of it is him scarfing it down and then a few days later he bitches that he hasn't had good Chinese food. I just fucking cooked a buffet and you STILL bitch? I am not making it for you. In fact, make your own dinner-I am sure microwaved orange chicken would be lovely, you overgrown baby. I am going to order takeout for myself and you can sit there and eat your chewy chicken, prick.

I'm a teacher. And I totally have a huge crush on one of my students' dad. He's not one of those guys that you see and right away think he is hot. But from the beginning of the year, we just clicked. We're both from the same city (other side of the country from here), and just have a lot in common. Our conversations come so easily. I think he feels the chemistry too. We had our end of year party today at a local restaurant, and we sat next to each other. We just sat and talked for 2 hours. We're both married, and I would never cross that line, but damn I really want to jump in bed with him.

The fat, selfish dh went to dinner with me & the kids. Me & dd told him to stay home. I guess he felt bad. He still sat by the tv in the restaurant. :/ He doesn't believe in recording games because "it's not the same." Damn men! Also, he's going to meet his mom and her guy in North Carolina for Nascar races. I'm not willing to be gone from ds a whole week. So bye dh!

Dear Mothers of Daughters: As a mother of sons, I am begging you to please, please, please don't raise your daughters to expect the man to pay for every effing thing they want. Encourage them to pull out their wallet when the restaurant check comes. Teach your girls how to shovel snow and change the oil in their car. Let them take the trash out and grab a paintbrush on the way back. Do not let your girls expect that the hard work is a man's work. Please, on behalf of all mankind, stop raising useless parasites.

I have the fattest most selfish husband on earth! He leaves for vacation tomorrow to be with his mom and stepdad. Our dd's bday is tomorrow so I scheduled her bday dinner tonight. We always let our kids pick where they want to eat, or pick if they want me to cook their favorite meal. Dd choose a restaurant. Dh is pissed because his beloved Warriors are on tv! F-in ahole! I told him to f off & we'll go by ourselves. Fat bastard! I'm so sick of his shit. Our dd is going to be 25. And he leaves for a 5 day vacation! It's always about his fat ass!
