So this afternoon I made lunch for all 4 of our kids, 2 are his and 2 are mine. We really need to go buy groceries but we just haven't made it to the store yet, it's been a busy afternoon of cleaning the house, going to Home Depot, etc. So I decide to make grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for the kids. The kids all had a huge bowl of soup and only half a sandwich, there wasn't enough for a whole sandwich but there's other things they can eat and I told them if they're still hungry have a piece of fruit but leave the last sandwich cause me and my boyfriend are going to split the sandwich. What does boyfriend's son do after I walk out of the kitchen? He eats the last sandwich after I specifically said not to! He said I'm still hungry and nobody else was eating the sandwich so he doesn't see what the big deal was. The big deal was that it was a sandwich that my boyfriend and I were going to eat and I specifically said to all of the kids to not eat it cause it was for me and bf. I walked downstairs to get bf to come up and eat and that's what boyfriend's son walked over and took it. I'm so pissed right now and so if bf. Even all the kids told him not to eat it, to put it back but he ate it anyways.

I like reality shows like Project Runway, that old show where they did hair, Tabitha's salon takeover and Kitchen Nightmares. Stuff where people who have talent and are doing things with that talent, if that makes sense.

Ugh my upstairs neighbor is like a damn rhinoceros!! I'm pretty sure there is a couple upstairs, but the man isn't always home. Lately he is home all the time. He stomps everywhere he goes like he is on a damn mission. Stomp in the bedroom, stomp to the bathroom, noisily climb out of bed and stomp to the kitchen. I could strangle him, I swear it.

To the OP who couldn't use her toilets: A few years ago, my DH and I both got food poisoning at the same time and our house has only one bathroom. He was sitting on the toilet and I REALLY had to poop, so I did what any logical person would've done. I dropped my pants and went in the kitchen garbage can. Then I cleaned up, bagged up the trash, bagged up the trash again, and sterilized the living daylights out of the trashcan and my whole kitchen. That whole ordeal just pretty much sucked, actually. So a lesson to you all--keep plenty of spare, lined trashcans around in case of emergencies if you only have one toilet in your house!

I really dislike being a mom and to top it off I have 2 extra kids this week to take care of while dh works overtime, my stepkids. This is way too much for me to handle. My son came in and started crying as he usually does cause he bent his legs to which I replied your legs are bent to bend and I don't care, go back outside. I really hate this. I can only handle my own kids, it's so much more calm without the stepkids here cause it's less stress on me, I know that sounds mean but it is so much more easier on me when they're not here. I think the reason why I hate being a mom is because I have 2 extra kids to deal with, the rest of the time I enjoy it but I feel really burnt out right now =( Here's what I have to deal with from the skids while they're here: SS12 decided to do his chores which is putting away dishes only he decides to put them away once I'm in the kitchen making dinner so he's getting under me feet and in my way, he decides to take a shower once he gets home only I had just sprayed tub cleaner in the tub and he ignores me when I tell him no to a shower, SD8 decides not to do her chores which is taking out recyclables and lies and says she has no homework. SS12 decides to kick a football into my car window and breaks it and doesn't say anything until my DD comes in and tells me he broke my window and now my DS6 came in and said SS punched him in the stomach when they were playing football. Oh hell no, I bent apeshit on that little punk, probably shouldn't have but oh well, I feel so overwhelmed right now. I'm going to tell dh no more OT while his kids are here, this is just too much for me to handle =(

The one good thing about being sick is that I don't have to do anything around the house. My only "job" is to feel better. I still cleaned the kitchen after I made chicken noodle soup and bread, but that's all I've done since Sunday.

Got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed my kitchen floor today with Clorox and vinegar. I forgot to open a window, and now I am soooooo sick. UGH. But at least my floors are sparkly clean... till the boys and the dog come inside at least. Haha!

Bad mom award goes to me today. My DD has driver's training tonight and will be at school until 8pm. I forgot to pack her a dinner. She was getting ready to walk out the door this morning and she's like, "Mom, where's my food?" I ran into the kitchen and came back with three string cheese. That's all I could find. Normally I would have packed her a meal when I make DH his lunch, but I completely forgot.

DH has been trying to have a text argument with me all through the workday today. Yesterday evening I grabbed ribs, rotisserie chicken and sides from Boston Market for dinner. I left it in the kitchen without eating to pick up my Dd12 and 13 from their practices. When we got home Dh, Dsd and Dss were eating dinner. I tell Dd's to go wash up and change so we could sit down for dinner as well. I go into the kitchen all of the meat was gone. When I go to the dining room I notice my step kids each have half slabs of ribs and chicken quarters on their plates. They both start making comments about not wanting us there and it's their time with their dad. I ask Dh what gives because I bought dinner for everyone, not just him and Step-kids. He gets defensive and says I don't care about his kids because I don't understand that they don't get nice meals at their moms.I don't argue in fromt of kids so I get my kids and leave the house when Dh starts getting louder. So Dh is mad at me for taking my kids out of the house and accusing me of not wanting them around and being insensitive to their unique needs as Step children, he doesn't want to spend his time with them disciplining. I've explained that I took my girls to dinner and we sat at the park doing homework until it was time for him to take his kids home to their mom's. I figured it was best for them to have that alone time since they were upset we came home. I'm getting worn down with this drama every week. Last week bio mom slashed my tires.

Im the OP with the sick dad, I had my bills and dads bills and deposits in a certain order on the kitchen counter so I could write out the checks. I went back about an hour later and everything was in one big pile. I yelled at DH to put everything back where it was and left the room to calm down. When I came back in a little calmer, the mail was all over the counter and DH was gone. Then I smelled something funny about 10 minutes later. DH left a pot of water boiling on the stove. Yes it was only water but Im still upset. What if I hadnt noticed it and just boiled dry, or what if I went out or something and it filled the house with fumes or something? Dont I have enough problems right now? I dont need this shit. I spent exactly 20 minutes helping dad today, and DH wasnt even home at the time. He also knows my super pet peeve is when stuff is moved. I put things back in the same place exactly all the time.Hopefully he will stay out for a while.
