All I said was that I check out when I see words like neolib and repuke. That's it. I didn't police anyone. I didn't say no one can ever say it again. I just think it's lame. Say them all you want. Scream them from the rafters. Write them all day long. Fuck me sideways lol. People are allowed to like and dislike things.

My fil just died suddenly from a heart attack. My cousin was just shot to death by police in Alaska. I know deaths happen in threes, but I'm just not ready for the third. Holy shit.

They’ve been arrested, and a charge of assault on a police officer was added. I guess when you’re high on meth you think you can take on the world. He’s called several family members begging for help, but somehow we’ve all missed his calls.

I'm not sure it's normal, but I do know that they take psych issues extremely seriously. My friend is married to a police sergeant and he was so stressed, he started having stress seizures. In order to talk to a therapist, she started scheduling "couple's therapy" appointments with the documented reason being her (and ONLY her) anxiety. The therapist then could address his issues during their appointments, but no one at the police station could ever access those records because they were under her name and she was solidly protected under HIPAA. If it had only been for him, the department could have easily launched an investigation and attempted to subpoena the documents. All he wanted to do was discuss his mental health, but he was so paranoid someone would find out, they had to work the system. No wonder so many cops have untreated psych issues.

My friend's DH applied to be a police officer, and part of the interview process was a home interview/inspection. They came to their house and interviewed both of them there-then- inspected the house. They went thru drawers, cabinets, etc. They were in the medicine cabinet, looking at each prescription. They opened their nightstand drawers and looked in. They looked in dresser drawers of both of them. Is this commonplace? I have never heard of such a thing. A few weeks ago, he drove to psychiatrist somewhere 2 HOURS each way for a psych eval. I turned down a receptionist job because a physical exam was required.

Find out where he is, call the police, watch him get arrested, sit in on the trial and wave bye bye as he’s carted off to prison. That’s what I can do. I hope that satisfies your curiosity.

I'm the one who's talking to the ex convict. His crimes were 2 DUI's, trying to rob a bank and running from police. He's nice to me and rough around the edges. He loves God and takes his recovery seriously. One day at a time. That's how I am looking at it. He wants me to be his girlfriend, but it's only been 9 days since we met. I told him we'll take things slow.

I used to be a preschool teacher. I wish I could have worn a body cam like the police do so that parents could see what little assholes their kids are. Not all of them, of course. Not even most of them. But the worst ones usually had parents who thought they were little angels. Kids aren't bad, parents are. Most of these kids had parents who did nothing but cater to every tantrum their kid had, basically training them to be assholes to get what they want. Most entitled kids have entitled parents.

Where I live, they finally started enforcing the "slow poke" law. There were so many road rage cases (one that resulted in a murderer charge) on one particular highway, the police finally made the announcement that you'll be ticketed for driving even five miles under the speed limit in the left lane. It was so bad... speed limit of 65 and some dumbass literally going 45 in the left lane, not moving over to let people pass, and cars are backed up because the semi trucks get backed up and it SUCKED. I admit, I love seeing those people getting popped by the cops now, lol. So satisfying.

Remember the idiot I live near who drives his 4 wheeler illegally with the dog? I called the police on him and ever since, I've seen him driving it on the correct side of the road and the dog is either running loose next to him or riding the 4 wheeler with him. So he's breaking like 3 laws instead of 4 now, but I still worried about the dog. I drove by him with the dog riding on the 4 wheeler and the dog jumped off in front of my car. I stopped, got out, and flat-out yelled at him and said he was a shitty dog owner and that I couldn't have been the first person to almost hit his dog. I called the county humane society and they said they would look into it some more but I doubt they can do anything without the cops getting involved. People like that guy make my blood absolutely boil.
