Im the op with the SS9 who reports everything back to his mother. DH just found out today that that the ex has someone at DH's job reporting things back to her. She knew about something that happened with DH at work that he did not tell her about.. DH works for a large company and has no idea who his ex's spy is. She is also emotionally abusive to DH. This woman is beyond creepy and its seriously starting to make me nervous. I could throw up right now. At least now I know why SS does what he does. (I posted in Stream of Consciousness by mistake)

Feeling conflicted. I'm definitely mentally/emotionally/physically a lot better off since I started staying at home. I'd like to continue that until I graduate in May, when ill be certified for something I want to do. Dh was totally supportive, at least to my face. But his mom let it slip that he's been complaining about me not working... I am a mom, our house has been spotless and junk free, so I'm not just sitting on my ass all day. I'm wondering if I shouldn't take one of these shitty offers just to make him happy. Of course, when I was working he wasn't happy either. House was dirty, in too much pain and stress for sex, no time for nice dinners, etc.

Tough day. Emotional. Ego-crushing. Went to the store, and at the checkout, I wanted a bag of chips. My comfort food. I wasn't about to tell myself no. I eat cleanly all the time; today deserved comfort. But I figured I could find something healthier. Went back down the aisles and found those Snap Pea Crisps. Have you had those things? God, i love them. And they're peas. For real. With protein and fiber and much less fat than chips. So I got those and ate the whole bag in the car in the parking lot while I cried about my day. At least I didn't add insult to injury by eating something I would have felt worse about afterwards.

DH works second shift and does not get home until 230AM. His exwife texted him the other day, telling him she made an appt for SS to go to the dentist at 800AM and she needed DH to take him. SS and his mother live an hour away from us. This means DH would have to leave the house at about 630AM with traffic etc, get up at 530 or 600 am, drive up there and bring SS to the dentist on 3 hours of sleep or less. DH tried to explain to her that its not even safe. He suggested she change the appt to the afternoon on a day that he off work, and told her what days he was off that week.. She said no. She got angry said that DH has no interest in his son, etc, and then stopped texting back. BTW, this woman is a college professor. She is very very book smart but has ZERO common sense and has the emotional maturity of a 14 year old girl.

I find it difficult to get along with a lot of men. I feel that if I joke or make comments that could be misinterpreted then I'd be accused of trying to flirt, or make a pass. I also find some comments men make to be really sexist. My opinions and ideas aren't respected as much. If I'm assertive I'm "emotional/testy/bitchy". It's sometimes difficult to navigate certain social situations, but I think I just do my best. There is a certain type of male I cannot get along with. On the other hand, There's also a type of female I don't get along well. And that's just fine.

My mom passed away a little over a year ago from cancer. I'm only 36 and she was 65. I miss her. Last night I had a dream that she and I were at the beach and we were just walking and talking. It was crowded but it didn't seem to bother either of us. I kept taking pictures of us with my phone. She was wearing a white bathing suit and a long white robe. She seemed happy. We watched my kids together who had such a close relationship with her. I don't know what we talked about. We were just together. I feel like we were together and I am just so emotional now.

I remember breaking up with someone I really cared about. It DOES hurt. It's not just emotional pain, it feels physical. My throat hurt, my head hurt, my stomach hurt. I really felt awful for months. I lost a lot of weight too. It can make you very wary of ever going out there ever again. Dating for me was stressful and when I met DH for the first time, I liked him so much I was terrified. Our first few months of dating I think I acted neurotic. It took time for me to trust again. Anyway, when I read the posts about breaking up and how sad you are, I realy do feel for you. I remember it like it was yesterday.

I am 10 weeks pregnant, but I have yet to actually have a moment of happiness about it. For one thing it took us by surprise. We have been married 7+ years and this is the first pregnancy I have had that I haven't lost by 6 weeks. We had kinda moved on from the dream of having kids, and were content with a child-free life, just the two of us. Ever since I found out I have been so emotional and depressed. Not to mention literally sick and tired. I feel so disconnected from the life growing inside of me. I want to be happy about it. I want to enjoy my pregnancy...but I just can't make myself feel happy about it. I am hoping as time goes on and I feel the kicks and such that I will start to feel a connection. I am afraid to talk to many people about it because, as someone who was infertile for so long, I know what it must sound like...I don't want to be insensitive or ungrateful. I just want to be happy...

Part of me regrets not saying a proper goodbye. I purposely left early to avoid it. I knew I'd cry or get emotional, and he would have felt weird and not have liked that. But on the other hand what was the point? We'd sort of been saying goodbye all week, supposedly we'll keep in good touch online, and it's not like he'd even hug me or say anything profound... or what I really want or need to hear. It would have been anti-climatic. I'm sure like everyone else, he'll let me down and not keep in touch anyway, so who cares. Another one bites the dust.
