I play some games on Facebook with strangers and I chat with them while we play. Then I feel SO bad if I win against them! It's not like I know them personally, but still...I just feel guilty if I win.

stalking a flight attendants Facebook page = uber jealously. I let other peoples opinions and comments put me off being a flight attendant but not anymore. Parents, I want to be a flight attendant, and that is what I'm going to do!

I want to call out this Facebook friend, she's posting an article about how a kid should co-sleep and her source is a satire site, but she obviously thinks it's real. I can't stand when people post crap and can't check the source. It's worded so bad too, and sexist.

Feeling bummed out. Noticed a facebook post from a ex coworker/friend. I need to get happy! I may not see my friends much or have a lot of them, but my friends are truly awesome. They stood beside while losing everything & regaining it all and everything in between. Screw this attitude of self pity! I have great people around me. They are my blessings. I'll be alright because of them. New job sucks, searching another sucks but I should be happy with what I have. I need to remember that!

My DH's brother is a big time mooch. He has three siblings and the one brother is the only one like that. I don't know why his parents enable "Brad" to live the soft cushy life he doesn, but DH says it's been like that forever. The rest of them did well in college and have successful careers. Brad decided to travel instead, went to India and Thailand to "find himself" and continue mooching. He now spends his days in his parents' spare bedroom and finsihed basement writing philosophical crap on Facebook, talks about writing a "novel" (Yeah, it's been 30 years of talk) and wrecking their cars. It's going to be a hard road for him when they eventually pass as MIL and FIL told DH they are leaving everything to him and the other three with the stipulation they give "a little here and there" to Brad, knowing that he would just blow through it all if they left him anything. I can't imagine.

Facebook used to be fun. But lately is getting bad with the super attention whores and political rants. And so ridiculous. A friend of mine who is in the desperate for love and attention club put she's in a relationship. After tons of likes and people giving the I'm so happy, it's about time you deserve it accolades......she reveals she is in a committed with relationship with herself to better herself. SMH

It's getting harder and harder to stop myself from commenting on every Facebook status. I just want to say "it is selling, not saleing". And "definitely, not defiantly; shawl, not Shaw; wearing, not whereing" and so on and so forth. Are people really this stupid or does our education system just suck?

What the heck is wrong with people? In the past three months I've had two guys I knew back in HS contact me and "friend" me through Facebook. They both immediately started IM'ng me, telling me all about their lives, asking numerous questions about my life situation. I always tell people right away that I'm married. These guys started flirting with me and making sexual references. I cut them off immediately. I thought these were nice guys, likes friends of friends I knew in HS, not close or anything. Why do they think it's OK to contact me and start talking sexually to me, esp when I tell them I'm married? Both apologized profusely. It's just a wierd coincidence. Or a prank? Either way very creepy.

If someone never wishes me or my kids happy birthday, I won't wish them or their kids a happy birthday, even if I'm on facebook that day or could text them.

The homeschool confession strikes a nerve with me. I know you don't know me in real life and the confession cannot possibly be about me, but there are times I know what I post on Facebook is not grammatically correct. Sometimes people are tired and they're not paying attention to what they are typing in the little box. Homeschooling a child is not easy. Especially when you're not a very good teacher, it's frustrating. It is just hard sometimes. But it's a choice that some people make, like myself, for the child, not to feel better than anyone else for what I'm doing. I made the choice to homeschool my child because it is what is better for my child and our situation. It has absolutely nothing to do with anyone else or their schooling situation and I don't think that we are better than anyone else for doing this. I have heard these comments in real life pertaining to homeschooling parents. I've had people stop me in the grocery store and ask me what makes me think I'm qualified to teach my child at home and do I have a teaching degree and maybe I should rethink my decision. Complete strangers think they know what's better for my child than I do when they don't know our situation. Everywhere you go and everything you do someone is always going to ask you if what you're doing is right. Like I don't question that enough. There are some homeschooling parents out there that have that holier than thou attitude and some of them are Duggar clones. But not every home school parent is that way, not every home school parent is stuck up and judgey, and not every home school parent is a weird shut in. The same goes for 'normal school' parents. Rant over, that confession just hit a nerve and I just had to get that off my chest.
