You know very well what I meant by saying "Indian" schools. You don't know me, so please don't think that I'm ignorant in that regard. Since I was a child, I've been very involved in, and now as an adult, am active in supporting (including financially) Native American organizations. So much so that I was given a Native American spiritual name by an Apache elder. I have friends in many tribes. Yes, they still call them "tribes," and they don't mind the word "Indian," as they use the word themselves. Just like I am part Asian and don't mind the word "Oriental." Some of my Asian friends hate the word, but most don't.

Do some more research on the Daughters of the American Revolution. My great, great, great, great, great grandfather fought in the American revolution and held a pretty high role. I was very excited about joining and filled out all the paperwork, which is A LOT, and spoke with some lovely people there. But the more research I did, the more I realized that it wasn't a group I wanted to be a part of. They don't exactly have a glowing history. You mentioned that they support and provide scholarships to "Indian schools." What part of India are they in? Huh, maybe you would enjoy the group more than I would.

So aggravated. I added a good friend's cousin on FB. He's really into history, as am I, so we have good conversations about that. But he's also really political in many different ways. He's a prepper who lives on a ranch in the middle of nowhere. I've learned to hide him from certain posts I make because I just don't want to hear his arguments. SO. I'm very proud of the fact that an ancestor fought in the Revolution. Now that I have the time, I'm finally getting around to applying for membership to the Daughters of the American Revolution, and posted about it. I forgot to hide him. His response: "A wonderful organization that glories secretly in their mistreatment of indigenous peoples." DAR actually supports and provides scholarships to Indian schools. Why steal my thunder? My ancestor was part of the foundation of this country, and you make me feel like shit?!?

Trump said Obama needed to resign over two American deaths from Ebola. His racist fans ate it up. Thousands of people have died because the Trump administration failed to act in a timely manner. Thousands more are going to die because of the incompetence of the Trump administration. Thousands are still going to vote for him in November. I'm so desensitized now. Our country is stupid. So, so stupid. And racist.

Zoonotic influenza, salmonellosis, E coli, swine flu, and mad cow disease are just a few diseases our super healthy factory farming techniques have bestowed to the world, and they've killed thousands of Americans. It's all filthy. It's all unhealthy. Our standards are just as shitty as the Asian wet markets, it's just that our meat comes wrapped in plastic, in a bright, clean supermarket. How it got there, the health of the animal, and the quality of the meat isn't really thought of because the packaging paints a pretty, sterile picture. And I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian. I'm a realist. Our food industry is fucked up. When money is the bottom line, health goes out the window.

To pretend like one culture's meat eating practices are more justified than another's is some strong cognitive dissonance. The way America treats its animals is vile and cruel. The animals we eat can, and have, spread zoonotic diseases to humans. Meat is a profit driven industry that doesn't give a fuck about the treatment of the animals. To suggest that Asian culture is somehow worse than American culture is a *chef's kiss* perfect demonstration of racism.

All the entitled assholes saying they won't vote for Biden are some of the most privileged pricks around. Must be nice saying you're ok with more Trump because you're a white male who doesn't have to worry about things like racism, abortion, or the wage gap. Biden absolutely was not my first pick, and I find his pre-Obama history to be pretty terrible, but if it's him or Trump, it's no contest. And, yes, I know we have more than two people to vote for, but if you've lived in America for more than 2 minutes, you know it's either a Republican or a Democrat that wins.

Um, switch out China/Chinese with Us and America, and you just described the United States. You really think Americans don't believe their culture and system is superior? Seriously? You literally made a whole post is about how American culture is superior to China's. "They have been brainwashed to believe in their political leaders no matter what they claim." Um, you do realize there are still people claiming this is all a hoax, right? Because Trump told them so. Man, the ignorance is astounding. I like the part about they'll never learn hahaha. I've seen so many people railing on the Chinese for not locking people down or restricting travel. Yet, here we are in the US - still flying wherever we want to go, taking our Spring Break trips to Mexico, with no national order to stop. But, yeah, those damn Chinese...

My auntie grew up on an island. They didn't have cows or chickens. She said they made bat curry all the time, and it was good! I love how folks will hunt and fish here at home and then turn their noses up at what people catch in other places! No one wants a nutrition lesson from you America while you're eating McNuggets! Clean up the water in Flint, or do something about factory farms before you go throwing rocks!

It is truly insane to me that the right is now advocating people return to work as quickly as possible. They are asking you to risk your life, and your parents and grandparents lives. And of course, it's not going to be Trump and his cronies risking death. Once again, the poor are stomped under the hell of a jackboot. This kind of runaway capitalism that America manufactured and the rest of the world is taking on, is a death cult. They don't care if you die. I can't understand why any average American can still support this party. They only serve the rich, and yet poor idiots keep voting them in. WTF????
