who cares if there is a facebook group!!!!! Be a part of it if you want. Don't join if you don't. Bottom line is if you are letting what other people do on the internet bother you so much you need to step away from the keyboard.

It is that same group that gave me and continues to give me the motivation to have this site built and keep it going. I view the group as my de facto Board of Directors." So yeah, the truu facebook group is behind this site, but that's really not that big of a deal.

OMG people, give it a damn rest. This is not an "extension of the facebook group". One of the ladies that is in the group, put this page together, OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HER HEART because everyone was bitching complaining that truu was "done for", and people "really missed it." You don't have to stick around here. Don't like it, there is an "X" in the upper right corner. Use it, or STFU.

Offered to help my SIL when her new baby comes by watching it occasionally so she can have meetings, get work done. (She's self employed & doesn't get paid mat leave.) I on the other hand am a SAHM. I don't care if you work or not, but lately she keeps making comments like I don't know how You stay busy. Posting stuff on facebook about how women should be financially independent, etc. It's true, I have an easy life. lots of time to do fun stuff, etc. Not everyone needs to be nonstop busy. I am considering scheduling a bunch of extra volunteer work, etc. when the baby comes and be like Sorry! This is how I stay busy!

For the record, and hopefully we can move on to any number of other subjects, some of us in the Truu facebook group VOLUNTEERED to say something positive about another person in the group on this site. We weren't leaving others out making outrageous comments. We were all glad to say something positive about someone we've interacted with in the group. It was a good idea by one of the group members, and we went with it. Can y'all just get over it already???

I've been spending most of my facebook time playing bingo.

I have been facing depression and anxiety with a tendency towards OCD. I keep this quiet and don't tell everyone.I don't want anyone knowing what is wrong with me because I don't want to be pitied. It takes all I have to do to keep my cool and keep to my comfort methods. The one time I did disclose to a friend, she totally shut me down by trying to tell me that what I am going through is nothing compared to her mental history. I felt like she was competing with me over something I don't want to deal with but have to. I got sick of her constant Facebook posts about her issues and every conversation surrounding her problems not just mentally but telling me sexual secrets of her husband.Whenever she got into a fight with her husband (at my house) or said something rude, she would get quiet and say "Whoa, there is my anxiety again." It got to be too much that I realized that I had to cut her off for my own sanity. I feel like a bad friend but I just can't be friends with someone who uses her mental issues as an excuse for her bad behavior.

Everyone on Facebook is taking selfies of themselves in work out clothes and talking about their "beach bodies" and I am just sitting here eating Reese's Easter eggs.
