I wonder too! Don't get me wrong, I'm the first person to Love a post when someone is having a good time, I just think posting about your good time at every drink, appetizer, toast, dinner, finished dinner, dessert, selfies in between, snap chat filters of the same selfies, 2 live videos, outside restaurant etc is wayyy too much.

OMG! I was sitting at lunch today with some friends and got a text. I didn't actually open it; the first sentence just showed up on my phone. It said 'I like your shirt.' I panicked a little (there have been four abduction attempts here lately and women are a bit on edge), started looking around the restaurant to see who was stalking me, and told my friends about the scary text. Then a friend picked up my phone and read the rest. Another friend was commenting on the tshirt I posted on Facebook. Feeling silly!

If my husband is watching a tv show that I'm not interested in, I'll either lay on the couch next to him, reading, or will be at the table right behind him, playing on the computer. But he'll constantly ask me questions about what's happening on the show. He'll ask what someone just said or what that character's name is or about where the scene is set. With commercials, he'll ask if I've used that product or tried that restaurant or if I've ever been there - but when I look up, the commercial is already over, so I have to ask what he's talking about. DUDE. I'm not watching tv, what do you not understand???

OP of the sunglasses indoor post.. For one, I'm not angry, geez. My panties are not in a wad ffs.. Secondly, I guess I should have specified that I was referring to people that sit in restaurants or bars thinking they're hot shit. I did not mean moms running into a grocery store or people with eye issues or ones that have had surgery, or simply forgot they were wearing sunglasses.. I forgot, if you don't put a disclaimer on these confessions they get picked apart.

My son recently learned that the meat and chicken we eat are the animal's muscles. So now he asks for "chicken muscles" when we're ordering food at a restaurant or "cow muscles". LOL

Dear Chipotle, pleeeeeeeeease get your shit together. I’m on a new diet and your burrito in a bowl would be perfect for it, but I’m too afraid to eat at your restaurants and die of poisoning.

Ok, soapbox rant here. A local family-run restaurant in our town had to close because they didn't have enough people working there. The owner was all "poor me" about it in the news but he's paying people minimum wage to work there. Lots of other businesses nearby pay assemblers, chefs, waitresses, etc. at least $3 an hour more. If companies want to stay in business, PAY PEOPLE A FAIR GODDAMN WAGE.

I don't get the parents who let their kids have soda at breakfast in a restaurant. Bad parenting IMO.

DH and I went to a friend's restaurant for lunch today. I ordered a burger, DH a BBQ pork sandwich. We wanted to split an order of their special fries, but they didn't have any. The bottom bun on my burger was so soggy it was wet. I had to take it off completely. And the onion I ordered on the side was just a big chunk of onion that I had to slice myself. Also, our order took 45 minutes, and there were only four other tables that ordered food (and three waitresses). My friend wasn't there, but she knew we were going today and will surely ask how it was. Any advice on how to be tactful but honest?

I once went on a date with a guy who, while driving to the restaurant, made sure to tell me that WHEN I make him spaghetti, he always needs his noodles cut up, and WHEN I bake him a pie, it can't be peach, because he's allergic to peaches. Um, what? I must've missed our discussion about being his damn cook. That date was DOA and I never saw him again, lol.
