I dont feel for others

I posted the last post about The Secret. Guys, holy shit. I've been doing it- the whole thing- about my DH getting this job he applied for a few months ago. The guy decided NOT to retire after all a week after DH applied. Then I did the law of attraction stuff. I shit you not- yesterday I got home from work and DH told me the guy put in his official resignation. He's retiring and the job is opening up again, and DH would be PERFECT for it. Then this morning I came down the stairs and DH said to me, "Lets just eat healthy food from now on, we'll both feel better." What the Fuuuuuhhhhhhh?? Holy shit, guys. Guys, holy shit. Imma watch the movie again and again and really DO this. I am so stoked at how this is actually working. I feel like it's an absolute certainty that DH is going to get that job. I almost feel like it's already happened.

After reading posts on here about The Secret I watched it again on Netflix. I decided to give it a try, I really want my DH to quit smoking and decide to get healthy. I mean, there are other things I want but that's the top priority. Well we got together with one of his closest friends that we hardly ever see any more since they moved, over the weekend. And he hasn't smoked in three months. He and his fiance both quit. Lifelong smokers in their 40's and they both happen to have quit right when I decide to do the "I am so happy and grateful now that.." thing. Then I saw my brother and HE wants to quit. That's the biggest shock ever- I swear he was BORN with a Winston in his mouth. Now he wants to try Chantix. Maybe all this will get DH thinking.. I'm still mantra-ing away because this all cannot be a coincidence.

Today is my birthday. This morning I was outside on my porch smoking a cigarette (I know), and when I went to go back in I saw a hummingbird. I have lived here 9 years and have never seen one. Anyway, my grandmother loved hummingbirds and all birds really. I believe my grandmother was visiting me on my birthday. I got the chills and looked up some stuff that said our loved ones often contact us thru animals, birds etc. I left a controlling religion several years ago and still don't know if I believe in God or an afterlife, but man, I felt something.

I have strong feelings I should buy a lottery ticket lately. And paint the front door red to encourage financial wealth. Weird.

Good Lord, this is so true. My friend was telling me a while back about how I'm a good judge of people and she wishes she could figure people out so easily, and I was like... girl, no. Sometimes, a person's energy feels so awful and the thoughts that come with it are horrible, and like you said, extremely dark. And figuring out where they're coming from can be difficult. Yeah, it gives a bit of a headstart when it comes to avoiding nasty people, but it makes you feel insane. There's no real way to talk about it, either, unless you're with another empath/psychic type person.

This is awful, and is an example of how hard being psychic can be sometimes. A couple months ago I started having a terrible thought about something. The first time it popped into my head I was like, WTF?! It was really disturbing. It's popped into my head several times since then and I guess I didn't say anything because I didn't think anyone would believe me? IDK. But two days ago, I found out I was right, and I'm heartsick. A young female relative, age 5, was molested by her cousin (10). As far as we know, it was only one time. I only met her twice, when she was three. I mean sometimes I get these thoughts that are so strange, and I never know if I should say anything or not. :/

Everyone has psychic abilities, we're just all at different levels. Dreams are the easiest way for our loved ones to pop in and say hello, because our logical brains aren't telling us we're crazy when we're asleep. Anyone can experience this. If you ask your dead to hang out with you in your dreams, it'll eventually happen. Just make sure you set a boundary that nothing negative may visit you.

Thanks...I'm still thinking about it. We didn't talk with our mouths...I just felt the words (sounds a little weird, huh?). But I truly believe that she came to me, and I'll never forget how happy it's made me.

I absolutely loved the confession about calling your mom in a dream and all the happiness that brought you. I truly believe you had a spiritual connection that night in your sleep. How lovely.
