If my child was tortured, molested, or raped and some stupid witch decided the world "needs to hear about it" and posts the details on a site like this...I would be pissed beyond all measure.

I don't mind reading stories of child or sexual abuse. I am a survivor of both. If there had been better education, if I'd known more about what could happen to a person, I might not have been abused. Information is power, folks. The more we know, the safer we and our children are. I vote to keep such confessions in their entirety.

I recently discovered my younger sister is dating an older man. To put it this way...she is still in high school and this guy is way beyond the drinking age. My mother found out I knew and states "Don't judge! You don't even know! You don't have kids!" Yeah. That is true. I DON'T have kids but I will judge the hell out of this parenting decision. Let's put it this way...if I, the childless one, thinks that a teen dating an adult is wrong then what would a parent who has gone through the hurdles of parenting (and not what my mom has done, allowed underage drinking, failing grades and now this) think? This relationship is toxic.

I watch "Sad Cat Diaries" on YouTube almost daily. The kids and I copy the narrator's voice and talk from our cat's perspective while calling ourselves "the Authorities".

I do not miss being used for sex. It disgusts me that I tolerated it for so long.

Someone gave me HPV. I haven't had sex in 2 years, and I was tested for STDs right after that last relationship ended. I never had any signs until recently. I just went to the doctor and got the news. Doctor said there's no way to know which of my previous partners gave it to me, because the virus can be dormant for years and years. Also, there's no reliable test for it, so the fact that my last STD test was clear, doesn't mean I didn't have the virus then. I feel disgusted and very confused.
