Agnostic here. Not caring about "Easter," but enjoying staying home. Made brunch for myself and my husband, and not responding to the myriad "Happy Easter" posts on Facebook.

Celebrated a friends belated bday by hosting & made a dinner of roasted curried cauliflower, smoked salmon nori rolls, and stir-fry veggies with chk apple sausage. They raved about the meal and ate everything! For dessert, I bought some mini cake bites from TJs added a lit candle, we sang happy bday and friend was genuinely surprised. 2nd time hosting for me and I love it more each time!

Today is the 15 year anniversary of Columbine, and I found myself crying the hardest for Kyle. His story just upsets me the most. May the victims rest in peace.

Easter bores my tits off.

Several years ago, I responded to a post on CL from a guy asking for someone to cuddle with. I was going through a divorce and was starved for affection, so I took a chance and answered. He was much younger than me, but we really hit it off. There was no sex, but just kissing, hugging, and cuddling. It lasted for 4 months before he had to move out of state for work. He was such a sweetheart, so gentle, loving and respectful. I wish the CL Hug poster lots of luck meeting a safe friend to have your touch needs met. :)

I really hate that I have gotten so resentful of my DH on the weekends. It's like all he does is get underfoot and eat and make a mess the whole goddamn time. I put up with it because I know he works hard during the week, but c'mon, a little respect for the housework I do would be nice.

I have a friend I've known for 10 years. 3 years ago she moved out of state. Every time I see her, she is skinnier and skinnier. She is now too thin for her height and her teeth look *awful*. Not exactly like meth teeth but they look discolored and HUGE and very spaced out. But every time you ask "What are you doing different?" she or her aunt answer "oh, she's just happy now". Not buying it.

Since money is a bit tight, I've been holding off on getting a haircut and hair is the longest its been in a while (underneath scapula). But lately, I've been putting it up in a bun and I like it.
